Bespoke Ballads


Barclaycard needed to reach a lot of people very quickly to show them that Bespoke, Barclaycard’s brand new discount offer website, was different and better… because unlike most other offer services 'Bespoke' actually knows what you like, giving you discount offers and vouchers when you want, in the way you want. We created a unique online engagement campaign "Bespoke Ballads" which saw a range of YouTube musicians, famous for their witty lyrics, turn people's tweets into tailor-made ballads about themselves, based on their personal biographies and the contents of their Twitter feeds. The campaign reached of over 15 million people, 90% of all mentions of Bespoke were about #bespokeballads and increased the positive sentiment for Barclaycard by 10% to 99.4%.
