The Give Your Heart campaign let people send bespoke Valentine's cards by signing the NHS Organ Donation Register. A short film featuring Stacie, who needs a new heart, drove potential donors to send cards and sign the register at Reaching over 1.8m people, the campaign earned over 545,000 views and drew more than 22,000 comments, likes and shares. It featured in blogs, newspapers, radio and TV across the UK, with Stacie even interviewed on ITV's Good Morning Britain. All with £0 media spend. Crucially, it encouraged people to become organ donors, giving Stacie the heart she desperately needed and saving a potential 1,000 more lives
